★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo bisa d tambahin mesin otomatis nomor antrian agar supaya pas kita dtg lgsg bsa ambil nomor antrian nya, ga harus nunggu pintu nya d buka dlu
If you can add an automatic queue number machine so that when you are right with LGG you can get the queue number, you don't have to wait for the door to open first

Parah sih, parah banget.
Maaf nih pak, untuk pelayanan masyarakat tolong lebih jelas untuk org² yg kurang paham teknologi itu kesulitan karna org tua saya juga dtg jauh² dan pulang tnpa ada hasil apa², disuruh daftar online tp gak tau caranya hanya disuruh WA² aja, tp gk tau format WA nya seperti apa. Kyknya mending dibuat website deh jd lebih mudah diakses, mondar mandir dari jam 8 sampe jam 1, pas udah sepi baru di to the point aja sekalian.
Yg gak saya suka saat semua ngantri dg cra berkerumun dan di bubarin karna diawasi dari cctv dan securitynya bilang "nanti mba dipanggil" ya saya jawab "maaf pak bapak tau nama saya? Saya gak dapet nomer antrian emg nya tau?" GK paham, mungkin manggilnya pake telepati. Pertama kali sih dpt pelayanan gitu. Jd rada² miris
