Try to search information by phone before your visit for the error and what kind of services you need. They will notify you by an sms if your goods ready to pick up. Place are clean and comfor, they served coffee and tea while you were waiting.

They checked and explained the problem simply and easy to understand. One thing to improve is the availability of slow moving spare part so the customer not need to wait for a week or more.
