I give it five-star rating due to its stunning views and adorable panoramas, with its free ticket price! (Unless you want to take some photos in the assigned spot, you need to pay "donation" for 5k/person).
My recommendation:
I hope the local government can establish a right spot to take some photos, especially in the middle of the gardens. That would be amazing!
Not to mention about the toilets which should be improved properly. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best time to visit this place of course during the blooming of the sugarcane. Otherwise you will just have the green lushes . Entrance fee is free. Just pay for your motor or car in the parking lot. Local restaurants offer some traditional meals and beverages. No toilets are available nearby. Close to the main road to the waterfalls. Nice road.
