★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak memuaskan..tidak bisa memuaskan pelanggan..pesanan kue tidak sesuai..apalagi kue yg cuma bertahan 3hari sudah 3hari tidak di tarik dari etalase jadi sudah keras..sedangkan mau ditukar dibilang tidak bisa..cukup kecewa..padahal sudah pelanggan yg selalu beli banyak setiap ke toko ini tapi ternyata pelayanan masih gk memuaskan..uang gak kembali barang juga tidak dikasih..karyawan sama pemilik gk mencoba mengembalikan uang itu..semoga kalian mendapat balasan yg setimpal dari uang yg bukan hak nya..gak recommended lah buat toko ini?
 Very unsatisfactory ... unable to satisfy customers ... order cakes did not match ... moreover, cakes that only lasted 3 days were not pulled from the storefront for 3 days so they were hard ... while they could say they couldn't ... quite disappointed ... even though they were already customers who always buy a lot every time to this shop but it turns out that the service is still unsatisfactory ... the money doesn't return, the goods are not given away ... the employee and the owner don't try to return the money ... hope you get a reward in kind from the money that is not his right ... no recommended for this shop toko

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf sebelumnya. ..Beberapa kli sy beli bolu disana cukup memuaskan.. Tpi tgl 19-01-2019..sy beli kue untuk orang hajatan di tgl 20 nya.. .Teenyata kuenya bulukan... Sy baru tahu dri orang yg bantu bantu disana... Mau mengembalikan struknya sudah sy buang. Seminggu sebelumnya sy jg bli... Untuk 4 bulanan ipar sy.. .Dan ktnya sama bulukan jg... Sy g periksa karena sebelumnya sy cukup puas dengan rasa kue disitu. Tolonglah untuk seterusnya agar kue yg dijual disortir lgi demi kepuasan pelanggan.
Apologize first. ..Some times I bought sponge cake there, it was quite satisfying.. But on 19-01-2019..I bought a cake for a birthday person on the 20th... In fact, the cake was fluffy... I just found out from the people who helped there. .. I want to return the receipt, I already threw it away. The week before, I also bought it... For 4 months my brother-in-law... And the box is the same as fur... I didn't check because before I was quite satisfied with the taste of the cake there. Please continue so that the cakes sold are sorted again for customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan gak ramah, beli kue ultah sampe rumah nggk dikasih lilin nya, padahal toko kue lain pasti dikasih.
Kecewa bgt!!
The service is not friendly, buy a birthday cake when I get home I don't give a candle, even though other cake shops are definitely given.
How disappointed !!
