beli 4 pint + dry ice, udah bayar. udah cabut dari situ, tp masih keliling MKG. untung pas duduk makan, iseng buka dusnya, ternyata ga dipakein dry ice. akhirnya balik lagi ke kafenya, dan wow, MBAKNYA NOT EVEN SAY SORRY LOH FOR NOT GIVING WHAT I'VE PAID. malah lebih judesan dia pas tukerin es gue sama yg baru, masukin ke dusnya kasar bener, masukin dry ice juga ga disusun bener, dan alumunium foilnya, gue yg pakein sendiri. thanks haagen dazs, es krimnya enak, pelayanannya pait.

Layanan promo tidak sesuai syarat ketentuan tertera pada undangan di email. Kecewa 3x hadir ke lokasi . Promo selalu habis . Alasannya : harus datang daftar jam 7 pagi . Meskipun nama yg terdaftar tidak hadir. Kami datang awal jam 9.30 pun diberikan info oleh kasir haagen daz mkg . Bahwa sudah habis sesuai nama yang sudah terdaftar. Kami tdk diberikan kesempatan antri. Meskipun hingga jam 9.45 barisan antri hanya 15 saat itu.

Pelayanan yang diberikan tidak sejalan dengan harga. Saya bersama ayah dan kakak hari ini 29 Maret 2022 sekitar pukul 20:23 wib tiba di restoran ini. Mau pilih ice cream yang ada di etalase, kata pelayan wanita yang berwarna kulit cokelat sudah tidak bisa. Katanya karena sudah di hitung stock akhirnya. Ayah saya tanya, memangnya stock masuk sistem.. kt si pelayan tidak masuk sistem, tapi sudah ditulis dalam buku stock. Kemudian ayah saya bilang, kan bisa dihitung ulang kalau memang ada yang masih mau beli. Tapi si pelayan bilang, berat pak angkatnya. Kesimpulan saya, emang dasar pemalas saja si pelayan. Akhirnya, saya dan kakak memilih ice cream yang ada di lemari pendingin total 145 ribu. Kami duduk dimeja, kemudian kakak saya minta disediakan gelas minum ke si pelayan yang sama. Kemudian si pelayan menghampiri dan bilang, maaf karena tadi order take away jadi tidak bisa disediakan minum. What. Ayah saya tidak pernah bilang untuk take away tapi sepihak sama si pelayan yang malas ditulis take away. Kualitas pelayanan di haagen dazs MKG 1 ini sangat buruk, si pelayan lebih cocok jadi pelayan es doger. Malas. Manajemen haagen dazs harus lebih ketat memilih dan mempekerjakan pelayan pelayannya.

Ini benar penurunan kualitas pelayanan di haagen dazs mall kelapa gading 1, manajemen harus perbaiki. Saya dan keluarga adalah pelanggan setia disini. 29 Maret 2022 sekitar pukul 20:24 wib saya kesini bersama anak-anak, setelah belanja di farmers. Saat mau pilih es krim di etalase, pelayan wanita berkulit cokelat bilang sudah tidak bisa padahal waktu masih jam setengah sembilan kurang. Anak-anak saya akhirnya pilih es krim yang ada di lemari pendingin. Alasan si pelayan kenapa sudah tidak bisa pilih yang di etalase karena sudah dihitung sisa akhir hari itu dan berat kalau harus dihitung ulang. Pemalas. Setelah bayar, anak-anak menikmati es krim sambil duduk di meja restoran. Seperti biasa, anak saya minta air putih dan saya bilang ke si pelayan untuk disediakan minum. Tapi si pelayan bilang ke saya, karena tadi order take away jadi tidak bisa disediakan minum. Saya sebelumnya tidak ditanya si pelayan, apakah mau take away atau dine in. Pertama kali dalam sejarah saya di haagen daz, beli es krim mahal tp bertemu pelayan malas seperti itu. I think today is my last visit to haagen dazs mall kelapa gading 1.
