Secara harga ya normal lah bahkan cukup paling rendah diantara penyedia jasa emas lainnya (menurut saya).
Proses nya pun juga cepat baik jual dan atau peli baik itu emas atau perak dengan berbagai macam series

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali kesini lagi setelah pandemi covid 19. Sebelumnya selalu beli online dan dikirim by paxel/rex dari Antam Pulogadung. Berhubung kemarin kosong stok yg dimau dan hanya tersedia di butik antam simatupang. ( Hanya bisa diambil ke butik, tidak melalui expedisi pengiriman, dengan min. Pembelian 5jt rupiah) menurut saya, sistem antrian online seperti ini jauh hemat waktu dan lebih efektif ketimbang antrian sebelumnya. Yang bahkan bisa 2-3 jam hanya untuk membeli emas. Tadi kami.hanya perlu antri di.security dengan memperlihatkan bukti transaksi online untuk dapat no. Antrian, setelah itu dipanggil ke kasir dan masuk ke loket pengambilan emasnya. Gak sampai 30 menit. Jelas efisien kan.
For the first time here again after the covid 19 pandemic. Previously, always buy online and sent by paxel / rex from Antam Pulogadung. Since yesterday the stock was empty and only available at the Antam Simatupang boutique. In my opinion, this online queuing system saves time and is more effective than the previous queues. Which can even take 2-3 hours just to buy gold. Earlier, we only needed to queue in security by showing proof of online transactions to get no. Queue, after that called to the cashier and into the counter to collect gold. Not until 30 minutes. Clearly efficient right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 2 hari isi kelengkapan akun gagal terus selalu di katakan npwp salah padahal sdh ketik dengan benar, sehingga sampai sekarang belum bisa transaksi pembelian online. Mau ke butiknya langsung dikatakan harus beli lewat web dulu. Sedih ah.
It's been 2 days filling in the completeness of the account fails and it always says wrong npwp even though I typed it correctly, so until now I haven't been able to make online purchase transactions. If you want to go to the boutique, it says you have to buy through the web first. Sad ah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat jual beli emas bersertifikat antam dengan harga antam, buka brankas (salah satu cara beli emas non fisik secara online , akan mendapatkan fisik saar kita akan cetak). Melayani semua transaksi senin - sabtu mulai pukul 08.30 - 14.00. Kecuali buyback dan buka brankas sabtu tidak bisa.
Untuk beli langsung tidak bisa tapi harus melalui online baru ambil fisik.
Antrian lumayan yah untuk buyback pas harga emas sedang tinggi.
Saran lebih baik datang pagi 2 langsung tulis nama dan tujuannya (jual/brli).
Prngalamaan pas buyback emas harga lagi tinggi. Datang jam 10 pagi nunggu samapai jam 14.00 tetep nggak keburu jual. Akhirnya didata untuk besok paginya. Padahal datang dari bogor pas menit terakhir tetep nggak bisa .
Transaksi terima uang hasil buyback atau kita jual 1- 3 hari kerja. Oh iya untuk transaksi jual diatas 10 juta dikenakan ppn 3% bagi yg tidak punyq NPWP, 1,5% bagi yg punya NPWP. dan NPWP harus milik sendiri bukan milik pasangan.
Saran sekelas ANTAM hari gini digital ekonomi harusnya sudah real time. Untuk transaksi buyback RTGS 1 hari jadi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closing time is is not clear. It is declared on google the closing time is 03.30 pm. I was there around 02.30 pm but it is said that the butik is already closed since 02.00 pm. And the the front guy wasn't nice at all when explaining about the closing time. Very disappointed
