★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah LUNAS pun BPKB blm bisa diambil dan harus nunggu 1 atau 2 bulan lagi ,kapok aja pakai leasing ini ga rekomen deh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terlalu ribet birokrasi & kurang profesional,sdh rampung diurus lewat email & tlp,ternyata belom beres juga ujungnya harus datang ke cabang juga,ngurus restrukturisasi 1 bulan ga kelar kelar..sampai cabang,SDM yang melayani juga sangat sedikit dan lambat sekali..
Too complicated bureaucracy & less professional, completed by email & phone, it turns out it's not too good that the end must come to the branch as well, take care of the 1 month restructuring will not be finished ... until the branch, human resources serving are also very few and very slow ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kantor leasing atau KUBURAN siiih. Dihubungi berkali-kali via nomor telpon yang tertera tetapi tidak sekali pun ada jawaban. Memangnya tidak punya budget buat ngegaji resepsionis, operator telepon atau KREDIT buat beli mesin pabx yaa ??!
Urusan claim asuransi pun prosesnya lamban kayak KEONG harus menunggu 2-3 bulan tapi kalau urusan penagihan jangankan 3 hari, baru lewat 1 hari saja sudah bolak balik disatroni telepon dari bagian penagihan.
