★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya yg dri luar kebumen kebingungan mau ambil BPKB nya bagaimana...lewat baf mobile gagal, di telpon ga bisa. Di SMS ga di balas. Di email juga tdk respon... Pelayanan nya sangat tidak memuaskan. Pake surat kuasa kok ya pke bayar lagi. Padahal ketika lunas itukan sudah jadi hak milik sendiri. Knp harus bayar, untuk apa? Toh BPKB trsbt sudah menjadi hak milik sendiri.
I, who came from outside Kebumen, was confused about how to take the BPKB... via mobile baf it failed, on the phone I couldn't. No reply on SMS. The email also doesn't respond... The service is very unsatisfactory. Why do you use a power of attorney, do you have to pay again? Even though when it is paid off, it becomes your own property. Why do you have to pay, for what? After all, the BPKB has become its own right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAF ini gak jelas, beli motor d purworejo, setelah lunas, suruh ngambil bpkb di kebumen,dari jarak aja sudah sangat jauh sekali,, suruh ngambil ke kantornya gak bisa via kurir atau apa, pancen B4jingan leasing t4ai assu, sudah bagus lunas, bpkb hak saya, kok ya dipersulit ambilnya, giliran duit aja mata loe ijo semua, wedooossss
This BAF is not clear, I bought a motorbike in Purworejo, after it was paid off, told me to pick up the BPKB in Kebumen, from a very far distance, I ordered it to be taken to the office, I couldn't get it via courier or anything It's my right, why is it difficult to take it, it's your turn to make your eyes green, wedooosss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah BPKB sampe rumah pengambilan BPKP via kurir dr tgl 5 sampe tgl 15 pas pembayaran biaya kirim lewat VA BCA harus pake rek BCA tidak bs dr bank lain sampe saya kebingungan alhasil sy telfon CS pusat baru di info bahwa hrus dr rek BCA, dr PIC BAF Yogya berasa di undur undur " suruh nunggu Senin lah ke teller lah coba di atm bisa kok pke ATM lain juga" untung banget gak ke kantor langsung
Liat ulasan rata rata kecewa dg pelayanan CS yg saya bingung sy di Kebumen knpa BPKB di Jogja,,??
Mohon lebih di perbaiki pelayananya
Cukup sekli sy berususan sama BAF

Thank God BPKB arrived home, took BPKP via courier from the 5th to the 15th, when I paid the shipping fee via VA BCA, I had to use a BCA account, I couldn't get it from another bank.
