★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pelanggan setia Bangor burger, sudah sering cicip kesana kemari bangor burger dan sampailah disebuah kesimpulan, ditempat ini burgernya jauh sekali dengan di foto, saya selalu beli sultan burger yg paling besar seharga 56k. Disemua tempat yg saya kunjungi pasti burger tersebut sangat besar sehingga tidak bisa langsung masuk kemulut saya (ini yg saya suka karena menandakan beneran sultan burger). Namun ditempat ini sultan burgernya kecil sekali. Saya beli yg sultan dan yg biasa, dan hasilnya? Sangat mengecewakan, besarnya sama saja, SAMA SAMA KECIL TIDAK ADA PERBEDAAN DARI YG REGULAR DAN YG BESAR, TIDAK ADA JUGA ACAR, TOMAT. Perbaiki kualitas kalian, supervisor seharusnya mengecek keadaan tempat itu, cek semua karyawan satu satu. Jaga kualitas Bangor burger!
I'm a loyal customer of Bangor Burger, I've often tasted Bangor Burger here and there and came to a conclusion, this place has a very different burger from the photo, I always buy the biggest sultan burger for 56k. In all the places I've visited, the burgers are so big that they can't go straight into my mouth (this is what I like because it's a real sultan burger). But in this place the sultan burger is very small. I bought the sultan and the regular one, and the result? Very disappointing, the size is the same, SAME SMALL, NO DIFFERENCE FROM REGULAR AND BIG, NO PICKLES, TOMATOES. Improve your quality, supervisor should check the state of the place, check all employees one by one. Keep quality Bangor burger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebetulan bapak saya memesan online burger bangor di seturan ini dan saya mendapat porsi juragan chesee yang ternyata enak banget: Dagingnya cukup juicy, saus keju nya lumer, dan rasanya mantap ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesan burger juragan cheese, pattynya enak walau gak terlalu juicy, sayurannya segar, kejunya oke, tapi sausnya kurang banyak. 7,5/10 lah nilainya.
cheese friesnya duh gak worth it banget dengan harga 18ribu. saus kejunya dikit banget, potongan kentangnya wedges padahal di IG dan buku menu fotonya kentang panjang tipikal french fries. trus rasanya ada pahit2nya karena ada item2 yg nempel, sisa2 remahan gorengan kayaknya. malah ky ga makan kentang goreng, tapi ky singkong goreng. 4/10 nilainya.
Yang paling bikin jengkel adalah attitude mas kasirnya, gak ramah banget. Awal datang dan pesan langsung bilang "antriannya banyak loh mba" (seperti keberatan kalau ada orang pesan), tapi sy tetap pesan karena memang penasaran sama burgernya. saat bayar uang kembalian gak ada, eh dia ngeluh2. akhirnya sy bayar pakai shopeepay. Saat sy nunggu pesanan dibuatkan, ternyata kejadian yg saya alami terjadi lagi ke customer selanjutnya, mau pesan tapi ditakut2i antrian yg banyak seperti setengah memaksa agar tidak jadi pesan. Nolak rezeki dan sungguh gak sopan. Kalau memang sudah tidak sanggup handle pesanan, lebih baik Close Order sekalian.
Tolong diperbaiki attitudenya ya mas kasir. Nama kasir yg melayani tertera di struk yg saya upload.

The thing that irritates me the most is the attitude of the cashier, not very friendly. When I first came and ordered, I immediately said "there's a lot of queues, madam" (as if someone objected to someone ordering), but I still ordered because I was really curious about the burger. when he paid the change there was no money, he complained. I finally paid using shopeepay. When I was waiting for the order to be made, it turned out that what happened to me happened again to the next customer, I wanted to order but was afraid that the queues were like half forcing them not to order. Refuse sustenance and really not polite. If you can't handle the order, it's better to close the order altogether.
