 Comprehensive, swift, precise treatment and care, Ma shaa Allah. Very grateful to the ayu doctor and nurse mas Wawan who were patient in treating, caring for, and explaining everything related to my pet's healing ? The grooming smells great and is very clean, the clinic and doctor's services are also good, various kinds of anabul's diseases, Alhamdulillah, so far they can always be handled properly.

Location is ok, adm service is sufficient, doctor
friendly & capable, and no less important, the doctor is informative, willing to communicate via WA about the current condition of the cat, also the latest condition is reported every day, hopefully it will get better & progress

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo grooming dsini wangi dan bersih, layanan klinik dan dokter nya juga bagus, ramah, staffnya yang lain juga baik dan ramah. Pernah sekali anabul sakit lgsg dibawa kesini ahamdulillah sehat lagi anabulnya. Rekomen untuk grooming dan praktek dokternya xixixixixixi???
The grooming here is fragrant and clean, the clinic and doctor's services are also good, friendly, the other staff are also kind and friendly. Once a sick anabul was brought here, alhamdulillah, the anabul is healthy again. Recommendations for grooming and doctor's practice xixixixixixi???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cats died after a few days from this vets,my cats got supposedly "Seasonal Flu" according to all the symptoms been vomitting,having diarrhea,cold,and stomach cramps. Doctor give one of my cat (let's just call him "H") an antibiotics booster and nebulizer to liquify the snots a little,i have the second cat "A", doctor said the their conditions are the same so i can just give "A" the same medicines but she died not so long after i gave her antibiotics,i think she died of "Septic Shock",let's get back to "H",H still alive and doing well but that doesn't last for long around 2days after doctor visit his breath becomes shallow,so i visit the doctor again,doctor told me to give him the antibiotic that killed "A" so i gave him as the doctor said,not so long after (1-2hours) he's having a seizure,his breath becomes shallow and can't move anymore,i can't do anything i'm hopeless i can't do anything but crying,i told my mom that he's more comfortable with her and told her to watch him because i just can't... See him like that.. .,20minutes after that "H" died the same way "A" died,they were my best friend they were my family they were my everything they are even still my best friend i believe so yet this doctor carelessly prescribe a human medicines for cats i just can't stand it hope you get what's coming to you! ,It was my fault for believing the doctor it was my fault that i give them their medicine,but it was your fault that you carelessly "experimenting" on them!, Doctor is under training do understand if you bring your pets here accept the risk of being a "LabRat"! ,That's all,may you have the best life and may your pets live a long happy life before he go to the other side happily.
