★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me a while to decide which studio I should go to for a pottery class, plus I have been on and off in Yogya. I'm glad that I decided to learn pottery at Buntari Studio Yogya. I think the best thing about Buntari is their openness to creativity and random stuff you'll probably ask during your first pottery class. They tried their best to oblige your curiosity and experiment together.
You'll have a one on one mentoring session, which is amazing! The course price is super competitive (I've joined 3 throwing classes and 1 pinching class. Can we say I'm into pottery now?). The studio is a little bit outside the city (20 minutes ride from Prawirotaman), which makes it nice because it has the village vibe. I will surely come back again for some more classes. Thanks for playing with the clay together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having so much fun on making ceramic gaiwan in Buntari pottery class. The staff are kindly teach me the throwing technique, trimming and making cute fox handle for the lid of gaiwan. The staff also really patient for someone like me who is a slow learner. They even gave me drinks and snacks to cheer me up! What a great place and people to learn with? Thank you for having me?? Hoping Buntari studio keep growing bigger and kinder?
