★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few (I don't know the others actually) Aceh-style restaurants in Yogyakarta. The taste is decent to my liking, don't know whether the foods are of original Aceh recipe or not. Price is ranging around IDR 15-20k so pretty affordable.
What I like from this particular Bungong Jeumpa apart from the others is the pretty cozy environment because this isn't on the main road, hence not many cars and motorbike around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would like to give 3 ratings but.. unfortunately i feel that the taste of the meals are different than when I was ate it back in around 2010??? the one tht serve now taste more of the msg and maybe they try to change the seasoning to match the javanesse taste of food (sweet and spicy) . the one i've tried in 2010 taste more original (just my opinion tho). but the Teh Tarik is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pioneer of aceh culinary in town. They serve foods that has authentic taste. The most wanted is Aceh style fried noodles. Even some poeople think the quality has slightly reduced recently due the lack of fried peanut, it still offers authentic taste that we can't get in other similar restaurants. The place is clean. Has pretty good facilities as well. Need bigger space to park the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place offers various & tasty Aceh food & drinks. The price is very affordable. The portion is big. They have combo deal starts from IDR 29 K, you will get Mie Aceh (with pickles & crackers on the side), Canai bread, & Teh Tarik (hot/ice).
Parking area is big, but unfortunately you need to pay parking fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you will like this if you like spicy. Aceh Noodle with Beef Rendang (24k), Tsunami fried egg (5.5k). This was quite expensive for me. Super huge serving for tiny tummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the cane durian and keju that I ordered. But, the hot teh tarik was just too sweet for me. The coffee sanger was served in a big tall glass instead of a small one. This is kind a bit weird because usually, Acehness didn't serve coffee sanger that way.
