Sangat tidak ramah,tidak sopan.. kurang ajar.tolong di berhentikan saja..jika ingin maju lancar usahanya.saya bener bener kecewa.maka dari itu saya buat laporan disini.ternyata sudah banyak pembeli yang kecewa karena pelayanan yang diberikan sangat tidak ramah menghargai pembeli.dan ratting resto anda buruk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blm lama melipir kesini, beli kue tart, utk tart harganya lumayan terjangkau mulai dr 40rb utk diameter 12, rotinya lembut rasa creamnya jg pas dilidah. Utk display & kebersihan overall oke sih, cuma mau kasih masukan aja agar karyawannya lebih hangat & sigap menyambut customer, menanyakan apa yg dibutuhkan customer.. Pengalaman kemarin soalnya kuenya mau langsung dibungkus aja, tanpa menanyakan mau dikasih ucapan atau tidak.. Hehee
entah, mungkin kayanya anak baru sih, masih pake seragam hitam putih soalnya.
Semoga kedepannya bisa lebih ditingkatkan kualitas pelayanannya ?
