SAYA KOMPLAIN KEPADA OWNER, TAPI MALAH IKUT MENYALAHKAN SAYA. TOLONG SEBAGAI PEMILIK LAUNDRY, MOHON DIJAGA KUALITAS.

1. * FIRST EVENT, LAUNDRYT LIKE ONE SET SET WITH BED COVER: I LOSE PILLOW GLOVES *
2. * SECOND EVENT, LAUNDRY LIKE ONE SET SET WITH BED COVER: LOSE 1 PILLOW GLOVE AND THANK YOU FOR FINALLY GETTING *
3. * THIRD EVENT, LAUNDRY SEPREI ONE SET WITH BED COVER: ONLY THE BED COVER AND THE ONE SET NOT FOUND *
I'M COMPLAINING TO OWNER, BUT EVEN THEY FOLLOWED MY BLAME. PLEASE AS A LAUNDRY OWNER, PLEASE KEEP QUALITY.

Tapi staffnya kurang ramah mungkin hrs di training lagi attitude menghadapi customer. Sukses terus bunbun laundry?
Fast, Fragrant, clean, pretty neat, cheap and not cheap - like laundry here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga laundry cuci + gosok murah banget, pengerjaan cepat, bersih dan wangiii. Tapiiii pelayanannya kurang banget yaa juteek banget mba mbanya gak ada greetings sama sekali seenggaknya ngomong “makasih” setelah customer taro cucian kotor dan kasih bon ke customer. Ngeliatin orang sinis banget. Pegawainya diajarin lg gimana cara melayani customer dengan baik. Semoga direalisasikan!
The price of laundry + scrub is really cheap, fast, clean and fragrant. But the service is really lacking, yeah, my mom really doesn't have any greetings at all, at least say "thank you" after the customer sets the dirty laundry and gives the bill to the customer.
