★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya sangat strategis dan bebas banjir, harganya sangat murah, kualitas bangunannya biasa saja tapi masih jauh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan rumah subsidi.. sangat worth it untuk dijadikan sebagai tempat tinggal
