Jalannya lebar, dan rumahnya sangat tertata, view nya juga bagus.. Harga juga terjangkau.. Kalau sudah jadi pasti dijamin paling TOP..
The area is very spacious compared to other housing.
The road is wide, and the house is very organized, the view is also good.. The price is also affordable.. When it's finished, it's definitely guaranteed to be the TOP..

This is a subsidized housing, has a good view in the morning and evening. There are bike and jogging paths to get some fresh, natural air.

mumpung lagi di Wonosobo jadi langsung samperin aja deh...

Adem pake banget karena ketinggiannya masuk 1000an mdpl, beberapa rumah sudah berpenghuni, tp masih banyak juga yang dibangun dan akses jalannya masih dikerjakan.
.
Cocok sekali buat yang pingin punya rumah dengan hawa adem, tp tidak terlalu jauh dari Kota Wonosobo.

It's really cool to use because the altitude is in the 1000's above sea level, some houses are already inhabited, but there are still many that are being built and road access is still being worked on.

It's perfect for those who want to have a house with cool air, but not too far from Wonosobo City.

Tapi aksesnya angkutan blm ada..jauh dri pusat keramaian..jdi kalo mau pindah k smi harus punya kendaraan sendiri..
Moto delevopernya keren nih.."We're not selling,we found you a home".(kalo g salah gitu) ..bener juga sih..membantu bnget buat yg lagi nyari rumah idaman
Nyman Asri Cool.. away from pollution.. even though the housing is still under construction, it looks beautiful, comfortable for housing..
But there is no access to transportation.. far from the center of the crowd.. so if you want to move, you have to have your own vehicle..
The delevoper's motto is cool.. "We're not selling, we found you a home".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi perumahaan yang asri dikota Wonosobo, walau jarak cukup masuk dari jalan utama (5 menit dari jalan Wonosobo - Dieng) tapi terbayar dengan lingkungan perumahan yang tenang.
Perumahaan saat ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan, banyak dari rumah dan jalan yang sedang dibangun. Semoga lekas selesai dan menjadi hunian yang nyaman.
A beautiful residential location in the city of Wonosobo, although it is quite a distance from the main road (5 minutes from Jalan Wonosobo - Dieng) but it pays off with a quiet residential environment.
Housing is currently under construction, many of the houses and roads are under construction. Hopefully it will be finished soon and become a comfortable residence.
