★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil test saya sudah 29 jam masih belum keluar, dr pagi saya nanya siang cuma keluar kwitansi. Pelayanan nya parah. Padahal waktu tes gak terlalu rame juga. CS juga cuma bisa di wa itupun disuruh tunggu sedang di cek abis itu lost contact. Parah banget
 My test results have been 29 hours and still haven't come out, since this morning I asked in the afternoon only a receipt came out. The service is bad. Even though the test time is not too crowded either. CS can also only be accessed on wa and even then they are told to wait while they are checked, after that they lost contact. really bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya pcr di Bumame Cengkareng tgl 31 jan 22 jam 16.00 dan hasil PCR saya sudah lewat dari 24 jam, cuma di wa kalau keterlambatan dan untuk di tunggu. saya sudah coba wa ke nomor tsb lagi untuk minta hasilnya tapi ga ada feedbacknya! KECEWA BANGET.
kalau hasil PCR lebih dari 24 jam, jangan di tulis banner gede2!!!!
I PCR in Bumame Cengkareng on 31 January 22.00 and my PCR results have passed from 24 hours, only in WA if the delay and to wait. I've tried WA to the number again to ask the results but there is no feedback! VERY DISAPPOINTED.
If the PCR results are more than 24 hours, don't write a big banner !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good services... staff nya ramah2 dan membantu, dateng jam 9 pagi tgl 17 agustus sepii tidak mengantre, untuk klaim voucher citilink nunggu sekitar 15 menitan karna nunggu kode bayar dr pihak faskes, PCR jam 9 pagi hasilnya keluar jam 3 sore.. padahal estimasi 16 jam tp 6 jam udh jadi. Hasil dikirim Wa/di download di web akun bumame. Setelah nanya CS via wa, baru ke upload hasilnya di PasporSehat. Ternyata di bandara mintanya di upload di PeduliLindungi. Alhamdulillah udah prepare buat print out hasilnya jadi aman pas di bandara..
Very good services... the staff are friendly and helpful, came at 9 am on August 17, there was no queue, to claim the Citilink voucher, I waited about 15 minutes because I was waiting for the payment code from the health facility, PCR at 9 am the results came out at 3 pm.. even though the estimate is 16 hours, but 6 hours has been done. The results are sent Wa/downloaded on the bumame account web. After asking CS via wa, then uploading the results on PassportSehat. It turned out that at the airport the request was uploaded to PeduliLindungi. Thank God I've prepared to print out the results so it's safe at the airport..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gampang , cepat, praktis dan sekejap kelar.
Register lewat QR code ( bisa walk in dan drive thru ) , bayar , ambil test pack, tunggu giliran, diswab petugas, abis itu udah tunggu hasil. Hasil di WA bisa juga minta hasil print out (untuk antigen ditunggu 15 menit saja) . Posisi sebelum kantor pajak cengkareng kelihatan banget kok.
It's easy, fast, practical and an instant finish.
Register via QR code (can walk in and drive thru), pay, take a test pack, wait for your turn, take the officer's swab, then wait for the results. Results in WA can also ask for print out results (for antigens, wait 15 minutes). The position before the Cengkareng tax office looks really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite swab test in jakarta because it is near from my home and has drive thru. All the process are online basis, you just need to wait the result on WA or their system. Last time I got delayed in the test result due to high demand in this third covid19 wave.
