★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security yg jaga didepan ga ramah sama sekali, lg mau jemput custumer di lobby malah ngusir, gw tau kerjaan lu cape, kerjaan gw jg cape, kalo mau bilangin ga usah pake ngegas ngomong nya

Pelayanan service tlp sangat payah.. semoga bisa lebih di tingkatkan lagi agar nasabah mau nyaman bertransaksi di kb kopin.. karna kenyamanan nasabah itu servicenya anda..
It's really difficult on the phone, the branch operator is very unhelpful, it's hard to ask for help. The customer service phone is not picked up from the morning until the branch closes. Telephone service is very poor.. hopefully it can be improved again so that customers want to be comfortable transacting at KB Kopin.. because customer convenience is your service..
