★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restoran Bueno Nasio (dapur enak) yg berlokasi di kawasan Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan menyajikan menu Sagu dlm beragam rupa da rasa menu harian Indonesia seperti Lontong, Mi, Bakwan, Batagor, Kerupuk, Brownies dan Nachos, agar dpt lebih luas. Padahal dulunya di kawasan timur Indonesia, Sagu identik dg Papeda yg disantap dg Ikan kuah kuning atau olahan dlm bentuk Sagu lempeng dan bakar. Restoran ini terbuka utk umum, di samping berfungsi sbg pusat riset mengembangkan Sagu menjadi berbagai jenis makanan.
Bueno Nasio (delicious kitchen) restaurant which is located in the Mega Kuningan area, South Jakarta serves Sago menus in various ways and flavors of Indonesian daily menus such as Lontong, Noodles, Bakwan, Batagor, Crackers, Brownies and Nachos, so they can be wider. Whereas in the past in eastern Indonesia, Sago was identical to Papeda which was eaten with yellow broth or processed in the form of slab and roasted sago. This restaurant is open to the public, besides functioning as a research center to develop Sago into various types of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naik transjakarta turun di halte patra kuningan. Lokasi dekat kedutaan thailand dan kedutaan qatar. Bahan makanan terbuat dari sagu, ada ayam, cumi goreng dg tepung sagu, lontong sagu, dimsum kukus dg tepung sagu. Rasanya enak. Menarik untuk dicoba. ?
Take the Transjakarta bus down at the brass patra stop. The location is near the Thai Embassy and the Qatar Embassy. Food is made from sago, chicken, fried squid with sago flour, sago rice cake, steamed dimsum with sago flour. It feels good. Interesting to try. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant yang menyajikan makanan enak dan unik yang terbuat dari sagu. Jadi makanan yang disajikan sudah pasti cukup sehat dan bebas dari gluten yang sangat berbahaya itu. Disini juga tersedia susu frape edame sebagai seasonal drink. Mie goreng sagunya juga sangat enak dan hampir tidak dapat dibedakan dari terigu. So ini recommended banget ya teman teman sekalian. Bisa mampir dan dicoba... Harganya murah kok dan tidak pakai mahal
Restaurant that serves delicious and unique food made from sago. So the food that is served is definitely quite healthy and free of gluten which is very dangerous. Here also available edible frape milk as a seasonal drink. The sago fried noodles are also very tasty and almost indistinguishable from flour. So this is really recommended friends. Can stop by and try ... The price is cheap and not expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makanannya unik juga, ada berbagai menu berbasis sagu. Rasa juga oke. Es thai tea-nya enak, kalo dari rasanya sih sepertinya bukan dari yang sachetan instan gitu.
The food is unique too, there are various sago-based menus. Taste also okay. The iced thai tea is delicious, if it's from the taste it doesn't look like the instant sachet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is my first time visiting Bueno Nasio again since the very beginning of COVID-19 outbreak. The sago-based meals are still delicious, exactly as I remember. Hot ginger honey tea that I order is really great, it makes me order the second cup before the first one empty. If you're a food-lover with a taste of adventure and/or supportive to the idea of food resilience/sovereignty, this place is for you!
