★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah dtg jam 1 pagi, lgs ditolak sm kang parkir dgn alasan klinik kg disteril smpe jam 3 pagi.. trakhir td malam dtg jam stgh 7 mlm, di tolak lg sm kang parkir krn katanya klinik lg di steril dr jam 6 smpe jam 7 malam.. jd sbnernya di sterilnya brp jam? Kalo emang lg break jujur ajah.. knapa hrs lgs nolak pasien masuk? Sy lgs ke klinik salamah, disana lgs dterima dan mereka ttp bilang bhw dokternya lg istirahat smpe jam 7.. tp klinik salamah ga nolak pasien..

If you're taking a break, let's be honest... why do you have to refuse patients to come in? I went to the Salamah clinic, I was immediately accepted there and they still said that the doctor was resting until 7 o'clock.. But the Salamah clinic didn't refuse the patient..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faskes 1 bpjs saya. Langganan ke poli giginya. Semakin lama pelayanan semakin bagus. Setelah ppkm, saya daftar ke poli gigi via WA, respon ramah. Dokter gigi Nadia juga baik telaten. Admin semakin gercep. Security helpful. Thanks a lot.
My 1 bpjs health facility. Subscribe to the dental clinic. The longer the service the better. After PPKM, I registered to the dental clinic via WA, the response was friendly. Nadia's dentist is also kind and painstaking. Admin is getting faster. Security is helpful. Thanks a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TIDAK ADA Jiwa Melayani sama sekali bagian admin sekalipun terhadap Ibu hamil 8 bulan . Kontrol bulanan yang sudah konfirmasi via whatsapp, datang menunggu 30 menit begitu dipanggil diminta persyaratan pdahal di whatsapp tidak dikasih tahu kalo tiap datang harus selalu bawa persyaratan padahal faskes manapun hanya kedatangan awal yang perlu copy KK, KTP dan kartu bpjs. Dengan tega admin meminta saya balik ke rumah utk ambil persyaratan tanpa ada kebijakan sedikitpun. Semoga BPJS kesehatan bisa review lagi deh pelayanan klinik ini terutama bagian Admin nya judes banget bikin bumil naik darah aja!
NO Soul Serves at all the admin section even for 8 months pregnant women. Monthly checks that have been confirmed via whatsapp, come and wait 30 minutes when called, they are asked for requirements, even though on whatsapp they are not told that every time they come they must always bring the requirements even though any health facility is only an early arrival who needs a copy of KK, KTP and bpjs card. The admin has the heart to ask me to go back home to take the requirements without any policy at all. Hopefully BPJS Kesehatan can review the services of this clinic, especially the Admin section, which makes pregnant women bleed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik pratama yg lumayan lengkap. Ada layanan UGD, dokter gigi dan persalinan normal.
Jika di hari-hari biasa buka 24 jam, selama PSBB hanya buka dari jam 8 pagi sampai jam 10 malam.
Selama pandemi Covid ini, klinik ini juga melayani rapid test. Sehingga mampu membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan.
Tempat parkir cukup luas dan aman. Meskipun utk mobil paling hanya bisa menampung 3 unit saja.
Penerapan protokol kesehatan di klinik ini cukup disiplin. Petugas security selalu melakukan pengukuran panas tubuh dan mempersilahkan pengunjung untuk mencuci tangan terlebih dahulu.
Wastafel untuk mencuci tangan juga merupakan wastafel permanen dilengkapi sabun cair yang melimpah dan kotak tisu yang selalu terisi.
Pratama clinic which is quite complete. There are emergency services, dentists and normal delivery.
If on normal days it is open 24 hours, during the PSBB is only open from 8 am to 10 pm.
During this Covid pandemic, this clinic also serves rapid tests. So that it can help people in need.
The parking space is quite wide and safe. Even though for cars at most it can only accommodate 3 units.
The application of health protocols in this clinic is quite disciplined. Security officers always take body heat measurements and invite visitors to wash their hands first.
The washbasin for washing hands is also a permanent sink with an abundance of liquid soap and a tissue box that is always filled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya ragu mau berobat di Klinik ini karena melihat ulasan2 yg ada sebelumnya tidak bagus, tapi ternyata jauh banget dari yg saya pikirkan. Saya dilayani dengan baik walau bayar dengan asuransi dari kantor. Dokternya ramah, baik dan komunikatif dengan pasiennya. Obatnya juga bagus. Baru minum 2 kali sudah merasa sehat. Terimakasih utk semua kru Klinik Budhi Pratama Kalisari dan Dokter Lince??

At first I was hesitant to go to this clinic because I saw the previous reviews were not good, but it turned out to be far from what I thought. I was served well even though I paid with insurance from the office. The doctor is friendly, kind and communicative with his patients. The medicine is good too. Just drink 2 times already feel healthy. Thank you to all the crew of the Budhi Pratama Kalisari Clinic and Doctor Lince??

It's good to have treatment here, friendly, clean, only the doctors are rude. But the staff is okay, moreover the medicine is good. It's okay at the azzahra RTM clinic
