★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu, jaman masih gerobaknya mangkal di per4an Jl. Bendi Besar aja ramainya minta ampun. Kadang bikin macet lalulintas utk orang² yg mau berangkat kerja, maklum jalur strategis utk memotong jalan & langsung tembus Jl. Bungur. Sejak 4-5 thn lalu Bapak Pak De (begitu rata² pembeli memanggilnya) memindahkan usaha Bubur Ayam Gilar Gilarnya ke depan rumahnya di Jl. Delman. Tetap aja ramai walau pandemi. Sabtu Minggu para pembeli diharuskan ambil nomor antrian utk menghindari ketidak-tertiban. Masih sama seperti dulu² perarurannya??
Kalau hari kerja jajan bubur relatif tidak antri.
1 mangkok bubur komplit harganya Rp.13 ribu (Isi : Bubur, ayam suwir, kacang kedelai, seledri, bawang goreng, kuah kari, kecap manis. Sate ati, ampela, usus harganya Rp.2 ribu/tusuk). Buka tiap hari (kecuali hari raya atau ada urusan keluarga x ye?) jam 6am - 10am lah.

 In the past, the cart was still hanging at the Jl. Bendi Besar wrote the crowd asking for forgiveness. Sometimes it causes traffic jams for people who want to go to work, understand that the strategic path is to cut the road and go straight to Jl. Bungur. Since 4-5 years ago, Mr. Pak De (as buyers usually call him) moved his Gilar Gilar Chicken Porridge business to the front of his house on Jl. Delman. Stay busy despite the pandemic. Saturday and Sunday shoppers are required to take a queue number to avoid chaos. The rules are still the same as before?
On weekdays, it's relatively easy to eat porridge.
1 bowl of complete porridge costs Rp. 13 thousand (Contents: Porridge, shredded chicken, soybeans, celery, fried onions, curry sauce, sweet soy sauce. Sate liver, gizzard, intestine costs Rp. 2 thousand/skewer). Open every day (except holidays or family matters x ye) at 6am-10am.

It doesn't feel weird, it's just delicious. The crackers are good, the satay satay is perfect for porridge.
