★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan custumer servicenya sangat jelek. CS nya cuma satu tapi sepele banget sama guru yang akan claim BSU, nyebut2 angka gaji. Dipersulit harus lampirin surat keterangan domisili atau lain-lain, katanya cairin enam bulan lagi aja. Segala minta syarat2 diluar yang dilampirkan oleh kemendikbud. Waktu saya ngomong "teman saya di BNI gak ada syarat seperti itu mba" trus mbanya jawab"itukan BNI, sini BTN". sombong banget ya mba. mbanya itu pelayan rakyat tapi sombong luar biasa. Tolong pihak BTN ini pegawainya di training lagi, CS tapi gak ramah sama sekali, gak sopan sama sekali. Padahal saat itu gak ada antrian, bank sepi. kalo ngantri mungkin saya akan maklum. Kejadian pada tanggal 02 Desember 2020 pagi hari di BTN KCP Tanjung Duren.
