★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place for recording activity. Somehow almost nowhere to be found; a bit tricky to find. There is a coffee shop inside the complex so that you won't get hungry or thirsty there.

The location also a bit tricky to find. Parking space is plenty although shared with a Coffee Shop next door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pro studio for recording and rehearsal. The charge is worth with the quality. You can also order delicious fried chicken with very hot sambal. The parking lot is big enough for 10 cars.
