★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a free class on how to write a personal statement for scholarship/college application. The place was cozy, the ambience, cleanliness and facilities were very thoughtful. Miss Sarah Milanes is a superb tutor, so much knowledge and information we had from 2 hours session. Everyone participated actively, the class was fun with inspiring people want to pursue their goals. Overall a wonderful experience! Bravo British Council and Magdalene for this great event!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer cervice really horrible. First of all, I am not test taker at British Council Office 8, but at British council Kelapa Gading. Please read my schedule before you announced. On the other hand, I am really disappointed about your annoying announcement, they rescheduling test in the middle of the night. international organizations sound like local , really not professional.
