★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the worst experience getting my cellphone repaired here. I got my samsung a7 lcd repaired there and they informed me of the 7 days replacement warranty. 2 days of daily usage (gak jatoh gak apa, pemakaian normal), the lcd got black spot on it. When i got back to them they refused to replace it with the new one and the best they could offer was that they will replace it for half the price (it was 2/3 price before). What the heck.. very irresponsible. If you keep this up im sure your business wont stay long.
