★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is not helpfull at all. I bought bric luggage in hongkong and the head zipper was broken when i was travelling in iceland. So i brought the luggage to bric store in kokas in 15 oktober 2018 until now 27 febuary 2019 they still cant repair it. And the update was slow if i didnt ask they didnt give me update and finally they say they cant repair it due they stop the series of my luggage. So dissapointing..
