want to apply for a KUR loan there is no response from sales marketing,,,, even though it has been called but not picked up,,, already received but not answered,, even though the data has been sent...next time the information will be returned if it doesn't work for borrowing, thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat ramah.. tempatnya juga bersih.. proses pelayanan perorangnya sangat cepat.. saat ini sudah banyak karyawan2 baru yang muda2, Customer Servicenya juga ada 3 org teller juga 3 orang.. satpam ada 2 orang.. bisa pencairan BIP.. PIP dan juga BPUM.. mengajukan KUR juga bisa..???
Very friendly service.. the place is also clean.. the individual service process is very fast.. now there are a lot of young new employees, the customer service also has 3 tellers and 3 people.. there are 2 security guards.. you can disburse BIP.. PIP and also BPUM.. you can apply for KUR too..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CS kinda helpful till the end of the process, only got a lil prob cz she likes to speak unstoppable and cuting the line when customer speak. Also if u're about to do things about the m-banking stuff, the signal on it's building kinda sucks, u need to go out a lil bit to get the otp code.
