★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sekali, saya datang pagi kira2 pukul 7.30 rencana utk melakukan pencairan dana BPUM. Sesampai ditempat langsung bertemu dgn bpk security, belom sepatah kata saya bicara langsung disuruh pergi utk mencari bank BRI lain. Apa pantas pelayanan seperti itu.
Very disappointed, I came in the morning at around 7.30 planning to disburse BPUM funds. When I arrived at the place, I immediately met with Mr. Security, before I spoke a word, I was immediately told to go to find another BRI bank. What kind of service deserves that.
