★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses cukup cepat dan lancar karena masih pagi. tapi ada beberapa masalah dan semoga pelayanan ditingkatkan, terutama pada SDM-nya. Tellernya ketus sekali, padahal masih pagi, sekitar jam 09.00 WIB. Malah lebih sopan bapak parkirnya.
The process is quite fast and smooth because it is still early. but there are some problems and hopefully the service will be improved, especially in the human resources. The teller was very curt, even though it was still early, around 09.00 WIB. In fact, the parking lot is more polite.

The waiter is really slow ,, the queue for the Cs section is already snaking, but the employees are taking it a long time to serve it ... Please repair the service.

Very slow service. All of them have to use queue numbers. Don't use a stacked book system.
