★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya pada tgl 17 feb 2022 datang untuk aktivasi rekening dan ibanking, saya datang sekitar jam 1an, mengambil antrian cs dengan nomor antrian 518 dan masih 7 antrian lg saya duduk di kursi tunggu bagian teler karena di bagian cs sudah penuh. 2 jam saya menunggu blm juga di panggil, saya tanya sama sebelah yang suaminya sudah di layani.. ternyata beliau nomor antriannya 523 saya tanyakan ke csnya katanya dia tidak melayani. padahal jelas jelas duduk di depannya. heran aja perusahaan sekelas ini kok rekrut karyawan yang tidak tau integritas tidak tau visi misi. cs laki laki sekitar umur 25-35an
I came on 17 feb 2022 for account activation and banking, I came around 1 o'clock, took the cs queue with queue number 518 and there were still 7 queues again. I have been waiting for 2 hours and have not been called, I asked the same side whose husband had been served... it turned out that his queue number was 523, I asked his cs, he said he was not serving. although clearly sitting in front of him. I wonder why a company of this class recruits employees who don't know integrity and don't know the vision and mission. male cs around the age of 25-35
