 BRI KARANG ASIH UNIT OFFICE IS WORST.. WANT TO TAKE CARE OF CS, IT'S HARD TO ASK FOR FORGIVENESS. BRI BANK THE WORST BANK HIS SERVICE

Jawabannya "iya pak". Terus saya ke bank mandiri di sebrangnya dan bisa. Hahahaha.
Entah BRI yg lebay atau tellernya yg ga ngerti aturan perbankan ya. Selama ini buka tabungan ga pernah sulit deh selama e-ktp dan npwp lengkap.
I could not open a savings account because the KTP was outside the region, so I kindly asked "do all the banks do that?"
The answer is "yes sir". Then I went to an independent bank across the street and I could. Ha ha ha ha.
Whether it's BRI who is overbearing or the teller who doesn't understand banking regulations. So far, opening savings has never been difficult as long as e-ID card and NPWP are complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya jelek ,cs nya lama banget sampe nunggu ber jam jam padahal cuma antrian 20 nunggu sampe 4 jam .
the service is bad, the cs are so long that they wait for hours even though there is only a queue of 20 waiting up to 4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus deposito ribet minta ampun disini. alasan gk ada printer lah, kepala cabang gk ada lah, offline lah. smpai bolak-balik 3x, (H, H+3, H+10) gk dapet yg namanya bilyet.
yg paling mantab security nya bilang "kalo gitu jangan ke BRI sini". pdhl aku cm tnya kok pelayanan BRI sini sama Pilar beda.(pernah urus deposito jg di BRI Pilar cm 1jam kelar)
inget banget aku itu kata2.
maka kalo punya uang mau di depositoin atau urusan apa lah jangan pernah deh kesini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area Bank bersih dan tertata rapih, parkir cukup luas dan teduh, untuk teller dan cs cukup ramah hanya security nya tidak seramah Bank swasta. Ditanya gak ada senyum sama sekali seperti ngadepin penjahat padahal nasabah.
Datang pagi biasanya antrian cukup panjang apalagi tepat tanggal muda, baiknya agak siang sekitar pukul 10 nasabah hanya sedikit.
The bank area is clean and neatly arranged, the parking area is wide and shady, the tellers and cs are friendly enough, only the security is not as friendly as the private bank. Asked no smile at all like holding a criminal when the customer.
Come in the morning usually the queue is quite long especially on the young date, it's good at noon around 10 o'clock only a few customers.
