Pelayanannya mengecewakan ,semua staff nya mengecewakan , masa antri sampe dua hari , perbaiki layanannya

Untuk pelayananya tdk memuaskan apa lg teller..apa lagi untuk satpam'y amat sngt kecewa dgn sikap'y yg acuh tdk ramah sm sekali.
For the service is unsatisfactory, what is the teller ... what's more for the security guard who is very very disappointed with my indifferent, unfriendly attitude.

Ternyata banyak yg komplen yg g baik y,,,,,, Tolong dong pelayanan diperbaiki,dr MANTRIny sampe SATPAMny.klw ngasih informasi yg bener,jangan asal2 kasian NASABAHny.jangan suka nyepelekan atau ngerjain NASABAH " KITA SAMA² SALING MEMBUTUHKAN" (kata2 kepala UNIT JATIBOGOR) "Eeeeeeh apa sich NASABAH kok rewel amat" (karyawan yg Baca)

Antrian terlalu panjang. Pelayanan jd lamban. ATM meski tertera loggo ATM bersama,tp sering sekali ATM saya tdk bs dipake tarik tunai ?
The queue is too long. Service is slow. Even though the ATM has a shared ATM logo, it's often not possible to use my ATM to withdraw cash
