Alesan nya petugas lagi istirahat
Istirahat ampe 2 jam kan tai,
Mana pelayanan nya buruk
Enggak enggak lagi dah kemari
Already know the queue is busy, only 1 customer service is open, even though 3 tables are empty
The reason is the officer is taking a break
Rest up to 2 hours, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya buruk sekali tellernya lama, kurang profesional,satu nasabah bisa 2 jam hadeeeh nyesel DTG kesini,urus bsu dr jam 8, jam 12 siang blm jg di layani padahal,ga antri antri amat,kapok dah datang ke cabang ini lg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngantri tellernya superrrrr lama. Dan cuma 1 yg buka dari 3. Selalu dipotong sama yg mau ngeprint buku. Pdhal cuma nunggu 1 orang tapi nunggunya sampe 1 jam. Dan antrian teller bukan dikasih nomor antrian tp harus berdiri ngantri. Parah sih untuk ukuran bank gede tapi servisnya gini.
The queue for the teller is superrrrr long. And only 1 is open out of 3. It's always cut by the person who wants to print the book. Even though I only waited for 1 person but the wait was up to 1 hour. And the teller queue is not given a queue number but has to stand in line. It's really bad for a big bank, but the service is like this.
