Paling malas urusan sama bank kalo ga terpaksa, proses di CS lama banget. 1 jam cuma bisa melayanin 2 nasabah

Paling males kalau berurusan sama BRI, antrian panjang, proses lama, bikin rekening cuma buat numpang lewat aja, abis gajian langsung saya pindahin ke bank lain

Tolong Sampein ke tukang parkir nya... Kalo ojol kgak usah di mintain parkir.. Orang cuma nganterin makanan ajh di parkirin.. padahal cuma sebentar kgak nyampe 5 menit.. Asal tau ajah ya... Ongkos kirim ojol tun cuma 9rb.. di potong parkir 2rb.. sisa 7rb... Duit 7rb cukup buat apaan...?? ??

Kenapa saya beri bintang 5? Karena ketika saya kesana pelayanannya cepat, antrian sedikit, pak satpam dan mbak2 tellernya ramah dan cekatan.
Why do I give 5 stars? Because when I got there the service was fast, the queues were few, the security guard and the tellers were friendly and nimble.

antriannya ga panjang satpam sm mas cs nya ramah dan helpful bgt ga kaya bri cabang lain.

Masukin data untuk pinjaman KUR dan data sudah lengkap, 2 minggu ngga ada kabar WA atau telp..kesana lagi ketemu org yg sama marketing atas nama ROBBY, sengak, ga ada senyum, saya pikir tidak ada bagus2nya untuk seorang marketing sekelas BRI. Saya menanyakan kelanjutan data saya, malah bingung data yg mana?? Bingung data saya taruh dimana.. Pelayanan apa ini... ???
Enter the data for the KUR loan and the data is complete, 2 weeks there is no WA or phone news.. there again met the same person marketing on behalf of ROBBY, giddy, no smile, I don't think there is anything good for a marketing class BRI. Saya tidak tahu kalau sekarang mancairkan KUR harus perwilayah, di wilayah sebelum nya saya dimudahkan sekali dan sudah 4x pinjaman alhamdulillah lancar. Pas buka cabang ke wilayah BRI ini, serasa dipersulit, marketing yang saya temuin sombong dan tidak ramah. Jauh sekali sama BRI tempat lain yang pernah saya temuin dan di ACC. Tolong marketing nya lebih ramah lagi dan tidak semena2 terhadap customer.
I don't know that now disbursing KUR must be regional, in the previous area it was very easy for me and 4x loans, thank God it was smooth. When I opened a branch to the BRI area, it seemed complicated, the marketing I encountered was arrogant and unfriendly. It's a far cry from other BRI places I've met and at ACC. Please marketing is more friendly and not arbitrary to customers.

Baru saja 1 jam yang lalu Cetak buku Tabungan di BRI yang katanya bank BUMN bisa error, saldo di buku tabungan tercetak minus 1 juta, aneh sekali kan ?. Karena alasan disistem sedang error, maka saya meminta rekening koran di customer service, dan petugas CS seorang laki laki berkata hanya bisa mengeluarkan satu bulan, bulan sebelumnya dikenai biaya 5000 per lembar. Sungguh kasian ya seorang Customer service meminta uang kepada nasabah, saya positif thinking mungkin dia belum makan siang dan tidak punya uang ? Sungguh kasihan sekali.
Just 1 hour ago Printed a Savings Book at BRI which said state-owned banks could have an error, the balance in the savings book was printed minus 1 million, that's weird . Due to an error in the system, I asked for a checking account at customer service, and a male CS officer said he could only spend one month, the previous month was charged 5000 per sheet. It's really a pity, a customer service asking for money from a customer, I'm positive thinking maybe he hasn't had lunch and doesn't have money What a pity.
