★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, cuma untuk ganti kartu ATM chip saja perlu waktu 5 jam lebih. Sebaiknya cari kantor cabang BRI lain atau bank lain saja. Di bank tetangga cuma perlu waktu nggak sampai 5 menit buat ganti kartu ATM chip. Ngantrinya juga di luar dengan bangku terbatas. Harus berdiri sambil kepanasan kalau lagi banyak nasabah. BRI harus mereview pelayanan dan personnel di KCP Teluk Gong ini..
The service is very slow, just to replace the ATM chip card, it takes more than 5 hours. We recommend looking for another BRI branch office or another bank. At the neighboring bank, it only takes less than 5 minutes to change the ATM chip card. The queue is also outside with limited seats. You have to stand while it's hot when you have a lot of customers. BRI must review the services and personnel at the Teluk Gong KCP.
