Pelayanannya baik, pekerja nya ramah tamah, mantri nya mantap. Nasabah dimanjakan banyak hadiah pula yg bisa didapatkan.

Layanan lama coba target layanan CS dinaikin biar cepet CS nya, seolah-olah mengulur waktu pelayanannya

Kirain jam kerja setengah hari ngga ada istirahat, atau istirahat setengah jam, ternyata 11.30-12.30 istirahat, jam 13.00 tutup. Nomor antrian nyampe 20an, baru kepanggil 15 sampe jam 11.30. Keren.......

Pelayanan satpam ramah. Pelayanan CS nya kurang ramah untuk ukuran pelayanan di bank. Saya penggunaan bank BC*, M*nd*r*, dan BS*, ke bank BRI juga gak cuma disini. Tapi pelayanan CS kali ini tidak ada senyum, tidak tanya nama, tidak tanya ada yg bisa di bantu lagi? Jawab pertanyaan singkat bgt tanpa adanya rasa respect sama customer nya. Pokoknya kurang memuaskan. Tapi tetep ada positifnya, semua berkas dia yg isi, kita cuma TTD aja. Tapi itu pun saya rasa bukan hanya Krn prosedur nya yg seperti itu, tapi emang meja CS nya kecil, tidak ada space untuk customer kalo disuruh nulis2. CS sebelehnya sih ramah, senyum. Mungkin memang personal nya aja sih. Tapi bukankah saya datang di bank yg sama, harusnya saya mendapatkan pelayanan yg sama ramahnya donk. Kalo sebelah CS nya bisa ramah kenapa mbak nya gak. Untuk pelayanan teller juga sama. Singkat dan padat. Ya... Mungkin Krn biasa nasabah BRI banyak bgt kali ya. Jadi yg di perioritaskan kecepatan nya dari pada keramahan nya. Tempat cukup nyaman, bersih, tempat parkir lumayan luas. Sayangnya dimasa pandemi ini yg boleh masuk hanya yang berkepentingan, yg nganter disuruh tunggu di luar, positif nya biar gak ada kerumunan jadi lebih aman. Negatif nya gak ada tempat tunggu di luar. Ada 1 mesin ATM juga di area bank BRI ini.

But I think that's not only because the procedure is like that, but the CS table is really small, there's no space for customers to write down. The other CS is friendly, smiling. Maybe it's just personal. But didn't I come to the same bank, I should have gotten the same friendly service. If the CS side can be friendly, why not Ms. The teller service is the same. Short and concise. Yes... Maybe because there are so many BRI customers. So the priority is speed rather than friendliness. The place is quite comfortable, clean, the parking lot is quite spacious. Unfortunately, during this pandemic, only those with an interest can enter, those in the queue are told to wait outside, the positive thing is that there are no crowds, so it's safer. The negative is there is no place to wait outside. There is also 1 ATM machine in this BRI bank area.
