Mantap.....kalo dtg kesini bisa tidur pules.....santai kerjanya. Melayani nasabah sedikit aja bisa sampe sehari. Pokoknya jempol deh ??

Bad Service!! Penambahan Nasabah Signifikan, yg mengantri ke CS dan teller membludak tapi tidak didukung dengan meaning Karayawan / Operatornya.. Di CS untuk melayani service cuma 1 orang, 1 orangnya lg terlalu sibuk dengan pencairan2.. Tolong bisa jd perhatian untuk menghargai waktu nasabah agar tdk terlalu lama menunggu dlm antrian.. BAD SERVICE POKOKNYA

Pelayanan CS-nya sangat ramah dan baik Diajak komunikasi juga ramah dan Beri pendapat yg mudah dimengerti. Sayang banget SECURITY-nya jutek banget, Komunikasi-nya ngak Sopan dan marah2 Mulu ngak tau kenapa. Wajar atuh kalau ditanyain dan minta dipandu,kalau udah pada paham dan ngerti ngapain bela-belain dan maksain harus ke CS minta tolong. Diucapin terimakasih juga diam aja dengan wajah ketus, lagi salah makan kali.Mohon diperhatikan. Tegas boleh, tapi ngak harus pakai wajah cemberut, marah-marah dan menggerutu gitu juga.

Satpam nya jutek judes tidak ramah ? Padahal sering banget ke bank BRI lamaran sering pencairan nabung dll tetep aja di giniin gak pernh di rubah pelayanan nya nihil , kapok pokok nya!!!! Cuma ngambil tabungan jam 2 siang eh di usir satpam pegawai bank lain nya juga pada diem diem trus padahal udh buat janji sebelum nya cuma ngambil tabungan doang loh yang salah nama! Nyampe harus debat sama satpam nya!! Tulang parkir nya aja kaya udh biasa satpam nya kaya gitu banget katanya!!!

Pelayanan lambat, CS cuma satu. Nunggu 2 jam lebih. Dan CS nya lebih mengutamakan Customer lain, daripada mengikuti no antrian.
Slow service, only one CS. Wait more than 2 hours. And the CS prioritizes other customers, rather than following the queue number.

Jumlah teller ada 2, CS juga ada 2. Tempatnya adem standar Bank, tidak terlalu luas sehingga nasabah harus gantian masuknya. Area parkir motor sempit jadi harus sabar.
