★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah! Kapok ke Bank BRI disini, parah udah antrian ngacak, CS cuman 1 terus lama penanganannya, tolong lah untuk BRI lebih di perbaikin lagi melalui komentar konsumen, lama" kabur pengguna BRI kalo kayak gini.

Kapok ,,, won't come to this BRI bank again. The period of no queue at the call is random. It's not really clear.
