Kecewa saya di bank BRI ini gak Nerima pembukaan rek pake KTP luar kota, udah nunggu antrian lama eh malah gak bisa Malah suruh bikin surat domisili, lalu apa kecanggihan e-KTP kalo gitu mentang2 nasabahnya banyak jadi dipersulit, kalah sama Bank BCA langsung ditangani gak pake ribet yang penting ada e-KTP
I'm disappointed at this BRI bank that I don't accept opening an account using a KTP out of town, I have waited for a long queue, I can't even ask to make a domicile letter, then what is the sophistication of e-KTP if so because many customers make it difficult, lose to BCA Bank immediately handled or not the most important thing is that there is an e-KTP

Saya ditipu sama sales yang ngakunya dari kantor cabang kota. Bikin rekening udah 2 minggu belum ada kejelasan, ditelpon gak diangkat-angkat. Yang saya takutkan data saya disalah gunakan.
I was cheated by a salesperson who claimed to be from the city branch office. It's been 2 weeks since I made an account, there is no clarity, the call is not answered. What I'm afraid of is that my data is misused.

Pelayanan lama, tinggal nunggu 2antrian ajj bisa per/jam, abis waktu kita cuman bengong-bengong
Long service, just waiting for 2 queues, maybe per/hour, after time we are just dumbfounded

Pelayanan lamban. Keliatan aja meja pelayanannya bnyak, Tp yg beroprasi 1 atau 2 doang dan itu 1 nasabah hampir 30 menit sngat lamaban.
Slow service. It looks like there are a lot of service desks, but only 1 or 2 operate and that's 1 customer for almost 30 minutes and it's very slow.

Mengecewakan.. Pelayanan CS nya tidak cakap.. Tiap 1 customer pasti pergi entah kemana dan baru kembali 5-7 menit kemudian.. Waktu 30menit hanya bisa melayani 2 customer.. Bank Macam apa ini.. Perusahaan BUMN yg harus banyak dibenahi..
Disappointing.. The CS service is incompetent.. Every 1 customer must go somewhere and only come back 5-7 minutes later.. 30 minutes can only serve 2 customers.. What kind of bank is this.. BUMN company that needs to be improved a lot..
