★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih dan rapih Parkiran cukup luas,stafnya juga ramah2 tapi CS & Tellernya selalu ngantri,kalau mau tidak mengantri harus datang pagi2.
Sering sekali datang kesini tapi selalu balik lagi karena cape ngantri trlalu lama
ATMnya masih belum bisa untuk ambil uang TBank
The place is clean and tidy. The parking lot is quite spacious, the staff is also friendly, but the CS & Teller are always waiting in line, if you don't want to queue you have to come early in the morning.
I often come here but always come back because I am tired of queuing too long
The ATM is still unable to withdraw TBank money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makin ngeselin kalau semua di cabang di unit perbaikan udh ngantri lama ga bisa trs ambil di atm bersama juga ga bisa , mesin atm nya memberi tulisan transaksi yg anda lakukan tidak bisa silahkan hub bank anda. Pdahal saldo di kartu atm nya masih penuh...gmna dunk perbaiki kinerja nya
It's even more annoying if all at the branch in the repair unit have been waiting in line for a long time, can't take it at a shared atm either, the atm machine says the transaction you did can't, please contact your bank. Even though the balance on the atm card is still full... how can you improve the performance

Nungggu 10 antrian di cs 2 jam lebih belum dipanggil juga.
ni sih pelayanannya bikin emosi.
Jd nasabah bri bertahun tahun biasa di indramayu kota cepet eh pertama kali ke bri jatibarang lamanya naudzubillah.. !
Just want to ask, how many minutes does KPI wait for a customer in CS?
Waiting for 10 queues at cs for more than 2 hours and still not being called.
this is an emotional service.
Being a BRI customer for years, I've been in Indramayu, quick city, first time to BRI Jatibarang, old Naudzubillah..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu pelayanan cepet. Sekarang tellet ataupun cs pelayanannya lama semua. Jam 9 pagi udh enggk bisa dapet antrian. Orang tua bawa anak kecil tapi enggak dibolehin masuk padahal di dalem kursinya mash banyak yg kosong. makin kecewa sama bank bri
It used to be fast service. Now all tellet or cs services are old. At 9 am I can't get in line. Parents bring small children but are not allowed to enter even though there are still many empty seats inside. increasingly disappointed with bank bri
