★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Lama .. CS cuma 1, antrian di CS numpuk dan pelayanan kurang , CS sering kosong di tinggal hingga bermenit menit .
 Old Service ... CS is only 1, the queue at CS is piled up and the service is lacking, CS is often empty in residence until minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, harus jujur kalo pelayanannya lama. Barusan saya kesini nganter adik saya buat buka tabungan baru, tapi untuk nomor antrian saja harus menunggu customer servicenya muncul. Akhirnya ganti bank lain.
Sorry, to be honest if the service is long. I just came here to send my sister to open a new savings account, but for the queue number I have to wait for the customer service to appear. Finally replace another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya antri di CS dapat no.4. Itu nunggunya dari jam 08.15 sampe jam 09.50. Kalo bisa waktu tunggunya dipersingkat.

Saya kasih bintang untuk tempatnya yg baru. Nyaman. Tapi untuk pelayanan nya buruk. CS wanita lebih baik dalam pelayanan. Untuk sementara ini, diantara beberapa bank yg saya gunakan, bank ini yg pelayanan offline nya paling ga enak.
I queued at CS got no.4. It was waiting for him from 08.15 to 09.50. If possible, shorten the waiting time.

I give stars for the new place. Cozy. But for the service is bad. Female CS are better at service. For now, among several banks that I use, this bank has the worst offline service.

Ruang ATM terpisah dg layanan teler dan cs...
Ada parkir motor cukup luas...
The place is ok...
Separate ATM room with teler and cs services...
There is ample parking for motorbikes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon utk sistem penyaluran dana umkm nya dirubah yg lebih manusiawi..Jgn orang yg mendapatkan bantuan harus menunggu semaleman dibank hny utk dapat nomer antrian.
Please change the umkm fund distribution system to be more humane ... Don't people who get help have to wait all the time at the bank to get the queue number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tukang Parkirnya sangat mengganggu. Udah tau orang dateng ke atm karena kehabisan uang cash. Kami tetap diminta uang parkir. Bahkan sudah parkir sangat jauh dan saya menunggu di motorpun, istri saya yang jalan ke atm/bankpun tetap diganggu. Security nya ga punya power apa2 kahh??
The parking attendant is very annoying. I know people come to ATMs because they run out of cash. We still asked for parking money. Even the parking lot was far away and I was waiting on the motorbike, my wife who was walking to the ATM/bank was still disturbed. The security doesn't have any power, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya seperti Bank BRI lain, masih berkutat dengan gaya kerja Oknum Sekurity nya yang kurang ramah dalam melayani nasabah dan pengguna Bank BRI, apakah karena statusnya BUMN maka bisa bersikap masa bodoh dengan hal ini?!
Yes, like other BRI Banks, they are still struggling with the work style of the Security Persons who are not friendly in serving BRI Bank customers and users, is it because of the status of SOEs that they can be ignorant about this?!
