★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus, tetapi ada beberapa pekerja yang kurang bersemangat yang bikin jadi kurang sedap di pandang .. anterannya aja bukan maen.
Harus dateng pagi pagi supaya cepat.
Dann kalo ingin dapet pelayanan CS harus pake KTP DEPOK ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkiran sangat luas,satpam nya juga ramah2 ,,cuma pelayanannya sangat lambat klo bisa teller dan Layanan CS ditambah,krn menjadi antrian yg sangat lama....
The parking lot is very spacious, the security guard is also friendly,, only the service is very slow if you can add tellers and CS services, because there is a very long queue....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dari segi pekerja semua excellent. cuma krn disini ramai teller hanya 2 jadi lama banget. ke teller aja bisa 4 jam lebih. cs pun sama. padahal yg antri banyak lansia. perbanyak lagi pekerjanya.
in terms of workers all excellent. only because there are only 2 tellers here, so it takes too long. Just go to the teller for more than 4 hours. cs is the same. even though there are many elderly people in line. more workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya sy terbantu sih, staff jg ramah, apalagi pak satpamnya...masalahnya cuma CS-nya cuma 2, pdhl tiap urusan ke CS kn pasti lumayan lama. Walau dpt nomor antrian kecil tp ttp nunggunya lama. Jd next semoga ditambah utk CSnya ya...4 atau 3 gitu lah.
Actually, I was helped, the staff was friendly too, especially the security guard... the problem is that there are only 2 CS, but every business to CS must take a long time. Even though you get a small queue number, the wait is long. So next time, hopefully it will be added for the CS... 4 or 3.
