★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya ingin mengajukan KUR BRI untuk usaha saya di ps.muara angke di pelelangan ikan tetapi oleh pihak bank BRI bagian marketing bilang kalau kur nya tidak ada. padahal jelas kur masih ada. apa karena untuk mencari client multiguna bengan bunga lebih tinggi di atas kur atau lain hal saya kecewa
I want to apply for KUR BRI for my business in the city hall at the fish auction, but by the bank, BRI's marketing department said that the curves were missing. even though obviously I still have one. what is it because to look for a multipurpose client with higher interest rates than me or something else I'm disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati-hati jika bertemu dengan Customer Service a.n Shafira. Mengecewakan sekali, pelayanan lama. Sudah ada nasabah di depan mata malah mengerjakan yang lain. Yang lebih parah membanting pintu saat masuk ke belakang karena saya komplain pelayanan lama. Yg di area depan termasuk security sampai kaget karena memang keras suara pintu dibanting. Entah bagaimana cara recruit karyawannya, kok bisa ya jadi customer service.
Be careful when meeting with Customer Service, Shafira. Disappointing, old service. There are already customers in front of their eyes and even work on others. What was worse was slamming the door when I entered the back because I complained about the old service. Those in the front area included security until they were shocked because the sound of the door was slammed. I don't know how to recruit employees, how come it can be customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katanya buka di hari sabtu. Nyatanya pas saya sampai disana gataunya tutup. Mohon infonya yg jelas dong. Saya udah jauh2 kesana buru2. Mana ada motor di parkirin didalem banknya. Itu motor siapa coba. Sangat mengecewakan.
He said it's open on Saturdays. In fact, when I got there, the gata was closed. Please have clear information. I've been there in a hurry. Where is there a motorbike parked inside the bank. Whose motorcycle is it trying. Very disappointing.
