★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice as this building is still considered new, the lighting along their aisle is quite good. But for the parking area is not really nice since packed and limited. Need to be more careful if you want to park inside the building. Actually this parking area intended only to apartment residents. And those only who have access card can enter to this parking area. Location wise is really good just nearby Bintaro Plaza where you can get all your daily needs and railway stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is building is poorly designed and maintained. There is a sewage problem leaking noxious gas into the lobby and apartments. The maintenance department supervisor is incompetent and will cause more problems than he can fix. There is also a bug problem, Tomcats, and the doors are not sealed almost at all. So, these bugs which cause severe scaring and allergic reactions are entering the apartments, hallways, and lobby. They are everywhere. Can't open the window to get rid if the sewage smell cause of the bugs. Literally stinks, a health hazard, and flammability hazard (methane and Hydrogen Sulphide).
