Beli cake birthday biasanya di breadtalk lain dikasih lilin walau cuma 1 . Ini udh ga dikasih .ngomongnya ga ngenakin . Dan satu lagi tolong kalo ngambil cake buat customer itu selalu pake sarung tangan . Gaa lagilagi beli breadtalk disini .
The staff is not good!
Buy a birthday cake, usually on another breadtalk, given a candle even if it's only 1. This has not been given. And one more please if you take the cake for the customer, always use gloves. Gaa again when buying breadtalk here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 April 2022. Saya ke BreadTalk untuk beli roti favorit saya Choco Raisin Bread. CHK 21756087 jam 17.00. Total bill 41.500. Saya sebagai pelanggan merasa kecewa karena di BreadTalk Metland tidak disediakan meja untuk menaruh tray saat antri. Terlebih ini bulan puasa dan pasti mengantre. Sudah pernah pegang tray selama 15 menit? Berat. Terlebih tray (datar) bukan keranjang. Itu di foto anak saya, saya minta peragakan karena saya mau foto, dan dibelakangnya ada 2 customer lain sedang antri. Saya sudah komplain ke kasir. Tapi kasir hanya tersenyum seakan2 tahu manajemen BreadTalk tidak akan mendengarkan. Ok tidak apa, saya review bintang 1 saja di Google.
