★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong lebih banyak belajar lg karyawannya. Masa saya beli kue ulang tahun minta tulisin HBD aja ga bisa alasannya yg biasa nulisinnya udh pulang, udh gitu lama banget pelayanannya padahal udh ditinggalin belanja dlu sebelumnya, sampe sana blm ditulisin juga.
 Please learn more about the employees. When I bought a birthday cake, I just asked to write the HBD, I couldn't because the one who used to write it was already home, the service took so long even though I left shopping before, until there it hasn't been written down too.

First impression yg sgt buruk.
Saya beli 5 croffle @9500, dengan 2 saus @6000 + dusnya yg tutupnya kebuka2 muku @2500
Stlh bayar, masnya baru bilang cup saus tutupnya gda, trs gimana?
Dia diem aj, kesel bgt gada solusi, mana buru2, sy ksh opsi yaudh pake plastik prapatan atau ap, dia pergi ke kitchen lama, trs balik2 yg ngimong temennya mbak2 bilang, klo disini kita emg gak sediain tutup, lah trs klo gojek beli itu gmn bawanya jwbnya "ada tempat yg kena cas" sy jwb yaudah gpp kena cas lg, gmn lg.. jwn lg "lagi kosong" and gak ksh solusi apapun, yaudh deh refund aja utk sausny. Trs dia pergi kirain mau ngambil refund, taunya gak jelas bolak balik, lama bgt, saking kesel dan buru2 yaudahlah sy tinggal aj, bukan masalah 12 rb ya, gak profesional, ya klo gada tempat sausnya ya gak usah jual tuh sausnya! Atau di notes *cup saus bawa sendiri"

I bought 5 croffles @9500, with 2 sauces @6000 + the box with the lid open @2500
After paying, the mas just said the sauce cup didn't have a lid, so what?
He just kept quiet, annoyed that there was no solution, where is the hurry, I'll give you the option of using pre-packaged plastic or something, he went to the old kitchen, then back and forth who told his friends, Mrs. how do you bring it, the answer is "there is a place that needs charging" I said it's okay to get charged again, how about it again... the answer is "it's empty" and there's no solution, okay, just refund for the sauce.
