Dari awal pemesanan, karyawannya sdh tdk ramah & tdk menjelaskan apapun tntg kue custom disitu apakah bahan yg digunakan menggunakan fondant/krim sbg bhn utk menghias karakter yg diinginkan, krn tdk dijelaskan maka sy sbg customer yg memesan berekspektasi jika kue yg sy pesan akan sm dgn yg tertera digambar. Alhasil, ketika ambil pesanan sangat kecewa dgn hasilnya, kecewa krn kue tsb tidk sesuai dgn gambar & kecewa krn tidak ada konfirmasi dan penjelasan dari karyawannya perihal hal tsb. Dan ketika sy menyampaikan rasa kecewa sy, tdk ada permintaan maaf dari para karyawan yg bekerja disana. Sy harap kedepannya bisa lebih diperbaiki, agar tdk menciptakan rasa kapok kpd customer. Trmksh.
Very disappointed to order a custom birthday cake here. From the beginning of the order, the employees have been unfriendly & don't explain anything about custom cakes. Whether the ingredients used are using fondant / cream as a bhn to decorate the desired character, because it's not explained, so I'm a customer who orders if the cake I ordered will sm with listed As a result, when taking the order was very disappointed with the results, disappointed because the cake was not in accordance with the picture & disappointed because there was no confirmation and explanation from the employees regarding this matter. And when I express my disappointment, there is no apology from the employees who work there. I hope that in the future it can be improved more, so as not to create a feeling of kapok to the customer. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menjual kue-kue dan roti khususnya. Posisi tempatnya di dalam yogya departement store pas pintu keluar. Penjual ramah. Rasa kue lumayan lezat. Harga relatif terjangkau untuk semua kalangan. Hanya saja berbelanja disini agak lumayan antri karena kasirnya bisa barengan dengan yang berbelanja di yogya.
