★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada efek gatal dan bentol parah
Bekam tiga kali.
Harga menurutku lumayan terjangkau.
- Yang pertama oke2 aja.
- Tp yang kedua entah kenapa bekas titik bekam nya jd bentol2 gatal parah. Katanya emg ada efek yg seperti itu dan terapisnya jg biasa mengalami gatal tsb. Bagiku sangat menggangu karena selama seminggu lebih masih bentol dan gatal.
- yang ketiga jg demikian, gatal2 dan bentol meskipum gak separah yg kedua karena tiap gatal aku ksh bedak caladine cair. Dan yang ketiga ini saya minta bekam betis. Mungkin terapisnya lupa di tusuk. Saya ragu mau tanya karena saya kira penusakanya gak bareng sm yg punggung. Waktu dah selsai saya tanyain
"Yang betis keluar darah mbak?" Kemudian terapisnya jawab "keluar tapi sedikit"
Saya masih ragu, pas di ruang tunggu saya liat betis kok gak ada tanda2 penusukan. Trs saya beraniin tanya ke admin nya
"emg yg betis itu gak dikeluarin darahnya?"
Katanya dikeluarin juga. Terus saya bilang,
"kok gak kerasa ya bisa tolong di konfirmasi ke terapis gak?" Saya jg bilang bisa di liat betis saya.
Kemudia adminnya tanya ke terapis tapi katanya ditusuk jg emg gak smua bs kluar darah. Dan betis saya jg gak diliat.
Tapi gimana ya, namanya ditusuk kan dikit2 keluar darah dan udah pasti aku yg di tusuk kerasa. Tapi ini gak sama sekali dan bekas tusukan pun tidak ada. Orang di suntik aja ada bekas tusukan. Ini sama sekali tidak ada tanda bekas tusukan. Sampe rumah yg betis bener2 kyk betis normal tidak ada bekas apa2. Ini emg salah dr saya krna tidak tanya langsung saat di ruang terapi.
Utk gatal dan bentol mungkin emang dari sayanya yg gak cocok.

- The third one is the same, itches and has bumps, although it's not as bad as the second because every time I itch, I use liquid caladine powder. And the third one I ask for calf cupping. Maybe the therapist forgot to stab. I hesitate to ask because I don't think it's the same as the one on the back. When I'm done, I'll ask
"The calf is bleeding, sis?" Then the therapist replied "out but a little"
I still have doubts, when I was in the waiting room I saw how come there were no signs of stabbing in the calf. Thanks, I dare ask the admin
"Is the calf not bleeding?"
He said he was removed too. I keep on saying,
"Why don't you feel, can you please confirm with the therapist or not?" I also said you can see my calf.
Then the admin asked the therapist but he said that he was stabbed and not all of them bleed out. And my calf is also not seen.
But how about it, his name was stabbed a little bit of blood came out and I'm sure it was me who was stabbed. But this is not at all and there are no puncture marks. People in the injection wrote there were puncture marks. It has absolutely no puncture marks. When I got home, the calves really looked like normal calves, there were no traces of anything. This is really my fault because I didn't ask directly in the therapy room.
For itching and bumps, maybe it's from me that doesn't fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama kali yang tidak mengenakkan, pertama Saya sudah booking via aplikasi jam 10 pagi Dan Saya sudah di tempat jam 10 kurang 15, krn pas masuk masih Ada yg di meja admin Saya tunggu, tiba2 Ada pasien masuk Dan blg sudah booking tdk Tau jam brp, langsung dikasih nomer antrian sama mba yg di meja admin, Saya maju blg sudah booking jam 10 eh dikasih nmr antrian setelahnya, ok Saya tunggu hampir sejam sampai suami selesai bekam Saya blm juga dipanggil, sudah bete, eh baru dipanggil Saya lgsg cancel saja Saya bayar, Dan Tanya knp sudah booking tapi mlh disela sama yg lain, pdhl di BRC Blok M pasien dilayani sesuai antrian Dan mereka blgnya kalau di kemanggisan siapa yg dtg duluan itu yg dilayani dulu, lha terus buat apa booking gak ngaruh donk, katanya booking perlu juga lho percuma booking Kalo booking tapi urutan nya disela sama yg gak booking, beda banget pelayanan dengan brc blok m
The first experience was not pleasant, first I booked via the application at 10 am And I was already at the place at 10 to 15, because when I entered there was still someone at the admin desk I was waiting, suddenly a patient came in And already booked I don't know what time , I was immediately given a queue number with the lady at the admin desk, I went forward, I booked at 10 o'clock, I was given a queue number after that, ok I waited almost an hour until my husband finished cupping I haven't been called yet, I'm tired, uh I just got called I just canceled it pay, and ask why you have booked but they are interrupted by the others, even though at BRC Blok M patients are served according to the queue And they say that if you are in Kemanggisan, who comes first is served first, so what do you do with the booking doesn't affect it, they say booking is necessary Also, it's useless to book. If you book but the order is interrupted by the one who didn't book, the service is very different from the BRC Blok M

Dari pertama masuk staff sangat ramah dan komunikatif. Saya melakukan bekam modern dan bekam kepala. Alhamdulilah badan terasa lebih nyaman. Insya Allah akan rutin kesini setiap dua minggu sekali.
