★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak semua masyarakat yg datang itu sudah mengerti istilah istilah dlm pertanahan, apalagi ada org yg baru dpt sertifikat warisan tanah dr orang tua dan ingin balik nama. Tolong pak staff yg kerja di BPN khususnya bagian front office, msh ada lho org yg awaaaaaam betul dlm pengurusan sertifikat tanah. Harap pahami kondisi ini. Utk pihak kantor BPN, mungkin perlu mengadakan pelatihan komunikasi bagi staffnya supaya bisa memberikan pelayanaan terbaik pd masyarakat, khususnya cara berkomunikasi yg baik yg tdk menyudutkan org yg dilayani. Masyarakat memang butuh , tp bukan berarti harus dipojokkan hy krn ketidaktahuan. Sifat pelatihan nampaknya URGENT dan Sgt PENTING. harap diperhatikan pihak kantor BPN.
Not all the people who came had understood the terms in the land, moreover there were people who had just received land certificates from their parents and wanted to return names. Please pack the staff who work at BPN, especially the front office, there are still people who are really good at managing land certificates. Please understand this condition. For the BPN office, it may be necessary to conduct communication training for its staff so that it can provide the best service to the community, especially how to communicate well that does not corner the people being served. Society does need it, but that doesn't mean it has to be cornered because of ignorance. The nature of the training appears to be URGENT and Sgt IMPORTANT. please note the BPN office.

Kepala Sub Bagian (Kasubag) Tata Usaha Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Gatot Ngudiyatmoko menyampaikan, berdasarkan data yang diterima pihaknya, tercatat 48 % tanah di Gunungkidul masih belum mempunyai sertifikat. Selama ini, kekurangan personel masih menjadi penyebab utama dari masalah tersebut.
Melalui Kementrian Agraria dan Tata Ruang, Jokowi akan mentargetkan sertifikasi terhadap 5.000.000 bidang tanah untuk tahun 2017, meningkat pesat dari tahun sebelumnya yang hanya sebesar 2.000.000 bidang. Pemerintah menargetkan pada tahun 2025 mendatang, seluruh tanah di Indonesia sudah mempunyai sertifikat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus gedungnya. Bersih terawat besar dan tinggi. Pelayanan cukup memuaskan, meski antrian kadang-kadang tidak bisa ditolerir. Tapi lokasi strategis, di jalan lingkar gitu. Jadi jalan raya yang cukup ramai. Akses mudah dan tempat parkir luas. Kantornya nyaman untuk menunggu (kalau gak antri banyak). Overall ok. Semoga ulasan ini bermanfaat. Terimakasih. ??????
Nice building. Clean large and tall maintained. The service is quite satisfying, even though the queue is sometimes intolerable. But the strategic location, on the ring road that way. So the highway is quite crowded. Easy access and large parking area. The office is comfortable to wait (if not queuing a lot). Overall ok. Hopefully this review is useful. Thanks. ??????
