★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya jauh2 dari rumah sukra jarak 43 km ke kantor bpjstk indramayu, "ini mau mengetahui no kpj sya, dan sya bwa paklaring kk dan ktp blm di lihat berkas2 sya, kata sekuriti buat apa itu berkas!!, saya bilang mau mengetahui kpj saya... " Pdhl mau minta no kpj doank ditolak.. Bener bener gak ramah sekuriti nya pelayanan gak menyenangkan sangat sangat tidak ramah...!!!!!!
 I am far from the Sukra house, a distance of 43 km to the Indramayu bpjstk office, "this wants to know my kpj number, and I have not seen my files, security said what files are for !!, I said I wanted to know my kpj. .. "Pdhl want to ask for ID card number, please refuse .. Really not security friendly, service is not fun, very very unfriendly ... !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BPJSTK Indramayu pelayanannya buruk, mau menanyakan nomor kpj tetapi tidak dikasih, padahal ada paklaring..
BPJSTK Indramayu service is bad, I want to ask the kpj number but it's not given, even though there is a paklaring..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harus nya saya wawancara untuk klaim BPJS hari ini jam 09:00-10:00 tapi sampe sekrang belum ada konfirmasi apapun , kurang gercep gak kayak kantor yang lain.
I should have interviewed for BPJS claims today at 09:00-10:00 but until now there hasn't been any confirmation, it's not as fast as other offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 kali ke BPJS Indramayu..ngga pernah di kasih masuk.selalu yang ngadepin keluhannya securitinya.padahal kita mau tau di sistem dan ngobrol sama karyawanya...apakah itu memang peraturan semua BPJS.padahal saya telpon 175 kata call center suruh ke cabang..giliran ke cabang ketemu securiti dan suruh ke call center.konyolnya negeri ini..rakyat hanya sebuah sampah..bukankah BPJS uang rakyat..kita mau ambil hak kita saja seperti ini susahnya..
3 times to BPJS Indramayu.. never been given entry. .turns to the branch, meets security and orders it to the call center. The ridiculousness of this country.. the people are just trash.. isn't BPJS the people's money.. we want to take our rights like this is difficult..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga ngerti sama pelayanan bpjs tk cabang indramayu... minta tolong untuk ubah perubahan data karena e ktp nya udah online ke alamat baru ga bisa bantuin katanya harus dateng langsung sedangkan kantornya lagi ga buka pelayanan langsung karena ppkm... ppkm nya aja ga tau akan berakhir kapan bukannya mempermudah malah mempersulit orang yg mau klaim... satu minggu setelah telvon bpjs tk cabang indramayu... ku coba mencoba nelvon bpjs tk cabang cirebon dan masyaallah dilayanin donk dengan sangat baik sampai terharu.. data2nya dikirim lewat w.a hari senin telvon hari selasa pagi datanya udh lgsg updated... lgsg klaim online hari seminggu dananya udah di tf... coba kalo nungguin aja saran dari cabang indramayu nunggu ppkm kelar mau sampe kapan kelarnya... orang lagi paceklik begini shayyy...
Don't understand the bpjs service at the Indramayu branch... ask for help to change the data change because the e-KTP is already online to the new address, can't help, they say they have to come directly, while the office doesn't open direct service anymore because PPKM... I don't know when will it end, instead of making it easier, it makes it more difficult for people who want to claim... one week after calling the bpjs to the Indramayu branch... I tried to try calling the bpjs to the Cirebon branch and masyaallah, they were served very well until they were touched.. the data was sent by wa Monday Called Tuesday morning, the data has been updated... now online claims on the week of the week, the funds are already in TF... try waiting for advice from the Indramayu branch, waiting for PPKM to be finished, when will it be finished... people are famine like this, shayyy...

Kata ane she mending ke cabang Cirebon kota aja dari pada di cabang Indramayu di persulit banget !!!
BPJS Employment Indramayu branch does not serve funds. Is disbursement always difficult?
I said that it's better to just go to the Cirebon city branch instead of the Indramayu branch to make it really difficult!!!
